The view from the 11th floor was more industrial than scenic, but it didn't detract from the stay. The proximity to the conference hall was a huge plus, making it easy to get to meetings and also walk into the bustling town center. The staff were attentive, and even though the pool was closed, I appreciated the option to use the one across the street. However, the initial check-in had issues, with my reservation having wrong dates, and there were also picketers outside that added to the uncomfortable atmosphere.
